Conference Details

The conference will begin at 10.00 AM (CEST) on August 25, 2025, and conclude at 6.00 PM (CEST) on August 28, 2025.

8.00 AM to 10.00 AM Registration at Tonhallen.

10.00 AM Opening ceremony followed by plenary lectures at Tonhallen.

7.30 PM to 10.00 PM Welcome reception at Hotel Clarion (close to the City center).

8.30 AM Morning welcome and introduction at Tonhallen, followed by conference sessions at Mid Sweden University.

5.50 PM to 8.00 PM Poster session, exhibition and mingle at Tonhallen.

8.30 AM Morning welcome and introduction at Tonhallen, followed by conference sessions at Mid Sweden University.

7.30 PM Gala dinner at Sundsvall City Hall (in the city center).

8.30 AM Morning welcome and introduction at Tonhallen followed by conference sessions at Mid Sweden University.

5.40 PM to 6.00 PM Closing ceremony at Fälldinsalen, Mid Sweden University.
